We cover the same main areas as the winter skills course but in addition basic climbing rope work is taught to enable you to climb, explore and enjoy the steeper more challenging peaks, gullies and classic mountaineering routes.

Guided Winter Climbing Tasters Weekends:

Ever wanted to just try Winter Ice Climbing?

You will be taught basic Winter Skills on the first day and then guided up an introductory ice climb on the second day. The tasters are not full winter climbing or full winter skills courses - they are simply tasters!
